1. Services Policy
We offer professional skill mastery services designed to enhance your capabilities in specialized domains. Services include one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and personalized training sessions.
- Scheduling: Sessions are booked in advance. You may request to reschedule up to 48 hours before the session start time.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the original booking and are subject to coach availability.
- Refund Policy: All service bookings allocate dedicated time and resources. Therefore, once a session is confirmed, it is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your session to another date as described above.
2. Information Products Policy
We provide digital courses, workshops, and downloadable materials focused on professional skill mastery.
- Access: Digital content is available immediately after payment.
- Reimbursement Policy: You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed no more than 10% of the content. To request a reimbursement, contact us via Contact Form with your order details. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 7 business days using your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Customized digital materials created on request are not eligible for reimbursement due to the individualized effort invested in their preparation.
3. Goods Policy
Our physical merchandise includes branded materials and resources to support your skill mastery journey.
- Shipping: Items are dispatched via standard courier. Delivery times vary by destination.
- Return Policy: You may return merchandise within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Exchanges: One exchange for size or style is permitted at no additional charge.
General Provisions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which SkillMaster Rise operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
